The story

Twelve years in the field. Two on his own name.

LaChristian Thomas has been in lawn care, landscaping and commercial property maintenance for 12 years — ten of them running routes and crews for other companies across the Coastal Bend, learning the trade from some of the best operators in the area.

In 2024 he put his own name on the trailer. LRT Lawn Care & Landscaping, LLC is built on the things he watched other companies get wrong: show up when you said you would, do the job right the first time so there’s no call-back, and treat every property — a backyard or a multi-building commercial site — like it has your name on it. Because now it does.

Today LRT runs weekly and bi-weekly routes from Portland across the Coastal Bend — residential yards, rental properties and a growing book of commercial accounts — fully insured, with commercial-grade equipment and backups so the schedule holds.
