What we collect. Only what you give us. When you call, text, email or send a form on this site, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the property address, what work you’re asking about, and any photos of the property you choose to send.

How we use it. To respond to you, quote the work, schedule it, and keep normal business records of the jobs we do. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.

Forms. Quote forms on this site are processed by Netlify Forms, which stores the submission so we get notified. Netlify’s own privacy policy covers that processing.

Calls & texts. The number on this site rings the owner’s phone. Texting it is a normal person-to-person text — standard message rates from your carrier apply, and we only text you back about your own inquiry or job. No automated marketing texts.

Third-party embeds. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a Google Map on the contact and service-area pages. Loading those means Google receives standard technical data like your IP address, covered by Google’s privacy policy. We don’t run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Job photos. Before-and-after photos on this site are of properties we’ve serviced. We don’t publish anything that identifies a customer — no names, no addresses — and if a photo of your property appears here and you’d like it removed, one call or text takes care of it.

Your choices. Want to know what we have on file for you, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Call, text or email and we’ll take care of it — usually the same day.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version gets posted here with a new effective date.
