Mulch is the fastest way to make a property look cared for — it sharpens every bed line, holds moisture through the Coastal Bend heat and keeps the weeds down. We prep the beds first, so the mulch goes down on clean ground instead of burying the problem.
Sod fixes what seed can’t: bare patches, dog runs, builder-grade dirt yards and turf that’s past saving. We install it, edge it in, and it can go straight onto the mowing route once it takes.
