Two SCAG zero-turn mowers cutting a large open commercial field

Commercial lawn maintenance that holds its schedule.

The service

What you’re actually getting.

A commercial property doesn’t get an off week. LRT keeps offices, retail centers, rental properties, HOA common areas, municipal grounds and industrial sites on a fixed service day, so the grounds look the same sharp way every time a tenant, customer or property manager pulls in.

LaChristian has spent 12 years maintaining Coastal Bend properties — ten of them running commercial routes for other companies, the last two building LRT’s own book. The person who walks your site and quotes it is the same person who shows up to cut it.

Common questions

Answers before you even ask.

Are you insured?

Yes — $1,000,000 general liability with a $2,000,000 aggregate, on an active commercial policy. We can provide documentation for your vendor file.

Do you work off a contract?

Whatever your property needs. Written service agreements are available for commercial accounts; some owners prefer a simple standing schedule. Both work.

How does billing work?

Commercial accounts can be invoiced (Stripe) or keep a card on file so service just runs. No chasing paperwork every month.

How do I get a price?

Call, text or send the form with the property address. We’ll walk the site and quote it per property — free, no obligation.
